Whatever path you took, I’m really glad you’re here.Namastay and G’day - my name is Richa ( pronounced as ‘Rich with an A.’ )

One of the things I’m often asked is " How on earth did you get started in all this? "

I’ve grown up, studied, lived and worked in 3 different countries and currently am raising my own family right here in Australia.

I’ve had the privilege of honouring my Indian culture through the lens of a cosmopolitan / global living style; and yet - much like you have - had situations where I have been very puzzled about my identity, about my value in life,in my community and for myself.

I have been through many transitions: before-the-children life as a ‘Soft Skills’ corporate trainer; then as a stay-at-home-parent; then leadership positions with not-for-profits as a volunteer; corporate workshops with regional industry; and even a 9 to 5 job with a not-for-profit !

So many different roles, so many ways to contribute, and so much learning - wouldn’t you agree ?

After a lot of angst trying to choose just one thing to be in life, I realized that my unusual combination of interests and skills was a strength, not a liability. And all of it kept me wondering about my own ‘purpose’ in life, I wondered if I was ever going to be more than just ‘mumma’ or ‘wife of abc’. So, I went back to my first love - training - or as it is called in Australia - coaching. I undertook some serious learning, got my certifications and that brings me to you.I'm here to serve.

My coaching service is built on a bedrock of love, a passion for what’s possible and a commitment to be an unstoppable force for good. As your certified, and trained Life coach - I know that my years of lived experiences as a migrant woman of colour, coupled with 15+ years of work experience - I can guide you to recognising the potential that already exists within you, and that, together we can co-create ways to “unmute you.”

Please understand this - my coaching business is a business.

Yes, I sell things.

Yes, I am proud and deeply grateful to earn a living doing so. I’m no epitome of perfection and I don’t have all the answers. I make mistakes, have epic craptastic days and get mired in fear and self-doubt, just like the rest of humanity. But my commitment is to bring you the very best of what I’m living and learning, while keeping it real and honest as I go.

So please don’t expect perfect polish (I am known for my real talk style) but do expect thought-provoking ideas, timeless wisdom, lots of belly laughs and an unwavering belief in guiding you to live your most expansive, expressive and meaningful life.If you’ve read this far, thank you. I hope this is just the beginning of our relationship. I’d love to learn more about you, just enter your details below by entering your name and email.

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit. I’m ecstatic we’re connected and I’m excited for the journey ahead.

With much respect,

Richa Joshi

In the spirit of unity and respect, I acknowledge and pay my heartfelt respect to the traditional custodians of Whadjak country, the Noongar people. I stand on this ancient land with deep appreciation for their enduring connection to country, culture, and community. As we gather and work together, may we honor the wisdom of the Noongar elders, past, present, and emerging, and strive to nurture a harmonious relationship with the land, its stories, and its people.
